Trinity

SEEING YOUR LIFE THROUGH THE LENS
OF THE GOSPEL (John 3:16-18)

1. The reading evokes contrasting images of God, a God who judges and a God who saves. We might reflect on how our image of God has changed with the years. What has helped you to believe in a God whose will is that you should have eternal life?

2. God sent his Son into the world for this purpose, that we might have eternal life. How has the story of Jesus helped you to have that kind of faith?

3. The eternal life promised is life that begins now, and survives all forms of death, failure, defeat and humiliation. What has helped you to have that sense of being alive, even in painful and disappointing circumstances?

Prayer to the Holy Trinity

Glory be to the Father,
Who by His almighty power and love created me,
making me in the image and likeness of God.

Glory be to the Son,
Who by His Precious Blood delivered me from hell,
and opened for me the gates of heaven.

Glory be to the Holy Spirit,
Who has sanctified me in the sacrament of Baptism,
and continues to sanctify me
by the graces I receive daily from His bounty.

Glory be to the Three adorable Persons of the Holy Trinity,
now and forever.
Amen.

WHEN THE CHURCH RE-OPENS

There are going to be big changes and challenges. We are making our preparations for this so as we can open as soon as the national roadmap allows us to do so.
<<Please Read on..>>

CORPUS CHRISTI

One of the many casualties of the Covid 19 Pandemic is our annual Corpus Christi Procession, which should take place on Sat 13thafter the Vigil Mass.  To mark the occasion this year we will have a Holy Hour from Tullamore Church after the Saturday Vigil Mass.  We invite all who can, to take time off and join the web cam or parish radio, for this hour of prayer.  We feel that this will be a worthy way to mark the feast of Corpus Christi.  All of the Priests of our Parish will take part and make an input into our prayer.  Please join us.

DURROW PATTERN

Due to Covid-19 and in the interest of safety for everyone – The Durrow Pattern Committee have come to the decision to cancel all events for Durrow Pattern 2020.  Anyone who wishes may join in on the Tullamore Webcam or Tullamore Parish Radio for the 10.00am Mass on the 9th June.  We will look forward to meeting everyone again in 2021 PG. Please stay safe and healthy.
