Procession with the Blessed Sacrament took place after the Vigil Mass, Saturday 5th June, the Feast of the Body and Blood of Christ.
The route was: leaving the Church by Store St, Harbour St, William St, Kilbeggan Bridge, Emmett Terrace, Davitt St, Convent View, Convent Rd,
concluding at the Parochial House with Benediction.
We have one of the few remaining major town processions and in recent years has witnessed a revival.
