JUST A THOUGHT: The Gospel parable of today’s Mass perplexes many of us. We cannot live comfortably with the idea that someone who works one hour would be paid the same as one who has worked at the same job for a whole day. Jesus is telling us that, in the new order of His kingdom, the priority is that everybody, irrespective of circumstances, is fully loved and respected. In our vision of how things should be, we are truly a long way from thinking the way Jesus thinks in this Gospel story.
I am serene and still. When you feel serene, you are like a calm, clear lake - beautiful to be with. Your quiet radiance brings hope and support to those who come to you.
