Removal from Our Lady's Hospice, Harolds Cross, Dublin 6W. on Saturday (23/07/16) to St. Colmcille's Church, Durrow, Tullamore, Co. Offaly for 10.00 a.m. Requiem Mass. 

Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to Our Lady's Hospice Harold's Cross, Dublin 6W.

Removal from Phil O Reilly's Funeral Home Tullamore on Thursday, at 9.45 a.m. to arrive at The Church of The Assumption Tullamore for 10.00 a.m. Requiem Mass. 

Interment afterwards in Clonminch Cemetery. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimers Society, Portlaoise. House Private Please.
